BAA Investment Group, LLC. (formerly Lakeview Land Partners) announces the purchase of the Garden Park Apartments, LLC. a 52 unit apartment building in Castro Valley Ca. The company paid $13,750,000 ($264,423 per unit) and plans to make many interior and exterior renovations.
The Garden Park Apartments are located one block from downtown Castro Valley and a half-block from Castro Valley BART. The property is flanked by Castro Valley Boulevard which is home to many retailers and restaurants, including Peets Coffee, Safeway, Chipolte, and Starbucks. Castro Valley has long been a desirable place to live, with quality k-12 education and a safe community living environment.
